This tax is low and depends on the age of the property,
square metres and the area where it is situated.
For new properties it is very low or non-existent.
FEES AND PROPERTY REGISTRATION CHARGES
These are established according to the property cost.

to the sale and purchase of the property (including the Identity Card
for foreigners and the making of a will).
You should bear in mind that, if you need to take
out a mortgage to finance your property, the legal
costs of the operation will be higher because you
will have to include mortgage expenses (which are
less than the aforementioned.)
In any case, we will assess your case individually
in order to establish approximate costs of taxes
and legal charges. Once your property is registered,
we can calculate the final costs which include all
the original invoices paid on your behalf.
